“Dies und Das” (“This & That”) is about the many layers of this complex theatre called the city, in this case Berlin and beyond.
These layers contain enigma, desire, disgust, wonder, history, magic, decay and in rare intervals the sublime may reveal itself. I believe that in every photograph, whether it is about the fantastical or the mundane, there lies a hidden code to unravel the secrets of this ever-changing theatre we inhabit.
