Paris and its suburb have always been the capital of bad boys. In the 1950s the so-called “blousons noirs” reign on Parisian streets and its suburbs. Meanwhile, the advent of rock and roll sounds like a revelation for the younger generation, born during the baby boom. True or false rockers are flourishing. Some of them form gangs that frighten honest citizens. The “Blousons noirs” become the figure of a youth that frightened France at the time.

If Yan Morvan is known for being among the greatest contemporary war reporters, his first reports, he performed them on these young people in Paris in the 1970s.
