Ajiaco is the title of the book that reunites photographs taken in the ’80s in Havana, Cuba by Héctor Delgado. This project and the resulting photo book has been financed via The Raw Society’s “Untold Stories” fundraiser: the first of a series of fundraisers that seeks to give visibility to talented photographers lacking the means to tell their stories and be seen.
