Ellis Doeven
Ellis Doeven studied photography at the Royal Academy of the Arts in The Hague between 2006 and 2010. The project ‘Maktak and Gasoline’, and the resulting photo book, contain photograph’s from the village of Point Hope, Alaska, USA, taken between 2009 and 2017. She lives in Amsterdam with her husband Art Oomittuk Jr. and their daughter Anna Kupaaq.
